
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs
3 garlic cloves chopped
1/2 parsley bunch minced
1 onion minced
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
2 1/2 t. salt
1 t. black pepper
1/4 c. buttermilk
5 shakes Worcestershire
1 T. dried tarragon
2 T. red wine vinegar
Directions:
Mix ingredients and place in a 9″ by 5″ loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-65 min. until reaches about 165 degrees F.
