3 lb. Chicken Breast, grilled, medium dice
2 c. Celery, medium dice
1½ c. Mayonnaise
1½ T. Lemon Juice
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1 t. Kosher Salt
1 t. Black Pepper, freshly ground
Toss the chicken and celery.
Dressing: Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice,
Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper together, taste and adjust seasoning.
Pour dressing over the salad, combine and chill.
